Today we worked on a text. Here are our ideas : She is 17 years old / they created a group on Snapchat. A ghost child haunted a phone. the girl says that she doesn't believe in ghosts. The ghost appeared another time in the room of Matthew's girlfriend.   There is / there are : il y a, (is pour un élément au singulier, are pou du pluriel) There was / there were (au prétérit, c'est-à-dire au passé) prononciation de shocked : [...kt] Ex: There are 7 girls on the picture. There is a strange face at the bottom. There was a million dollars in the bank. It is a text. In the text, a person takes a photo with a mobile phone. It's strange, because there is a ghost face on the photo. The photographer is shocked.  The little girl who was crying is a friend's sister. The picture we studied in class is the picture in the text, the picture the man took with his mobile phone.    ACTIVITY 1   We can see a picture. There's a girl. She's crying ( there is a crying girl). She has / wears a red and white t-shirt.    The whole picture (l'image entière): there are six teenagers and the crying girl. There's a girl behind her. This is a group of friends. They're going to a party.  Maybe the girl is crying because she's lost her balloon or her ice-cream. But there's a detail : there's something at the bottom ( au bas ) of the picture.
